Our nature of business is to provide training material for medical education relevant for foundation pharmacist, medical students, student nurses, physician associate students, and other allied healthcare professional students. We aim to provide high-quality training materials that are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our customers’ needs.

 2. Use of Our Website

Our website is intended for your personal use only.

You may not use our website for any commercial purpose or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our website complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

 4. Payment and Delivery

All prices on our website are in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment for products must be made in full before the products can be shipped. We accept payments through the Wix platform, which includes the ability to pay using a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards and PayPal. By using this payment method, you agree to Wix's terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website.

We aim to dispatch products within 1 working days of receipt of payment, but please note that this may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery or any loss or damage to products that occurs during transit. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout

 5. Refunds and Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Flashcard Pharmacist. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a refund or return. We will assess your request and, if approved, will issue a refund or arrange for a return. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or returns for digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.

 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Flashcard Pharmacist provides training material for medical education relevant for foundation pharmacists, medical students, student nurses, physician associate students, and other allied healthcare professional students. None of the information within the products is intended to be medical advice, and we strongly recommend that you consult the latest guidelines and protocols, as medical knowledge and best practices can change over time. Our products are for educational purposes only, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, suitability or reliability of the information contained in our products.

We also make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability or fitness for any particular purpose of our products. Your use of our website and our products is at your own risk.
